 Take a look at what the onboarding process will look like, given we are a good match for each other:  

• Complete the short "Questionnaire Form" upon scheduling a consultation. 
• I ask simple questions to get to know your business before the consultation
• If all goes well on your end and mine, I will then do a diagnostic review of your QBO to see if any cleanup is needed.
• Video Review will be sent via email after the initial consultation and financial analysis 

• Sign the approved Proposal/Engagement Letter 
• This is a written agreement between Daisy Bookkeeping Service and your company. It will define the scope of work to be performed
• Must be signed by all owners/partners and the retainer fee or first month's payment received before starting work
• NO CONTRACTS - month-to-month, with 30 days notice (on both ends!)
• Monthly payments automatically deducted 
• Fees are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE!

• Already use QBO? Great! All I will need is an invite for access 
• New to QBO? No problem, I can handle the setup/migration for a one-time fee and determine the best software billing option for your company. 
• Once set up, transactions will be pulled from your bank daily and then categorized and reconciled on a weekly or monthly basis
• You will be given a list of instructions of what I'll need on a monthly basis for things  to run smoothly on my end
